By using any service provided by TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:
Shipping services from the USA to Jamaica
Package pickup and delivery services in Portland and Kingston
Islandwide delivery via Knutsford Express (customer responsible for Knutsford courier fees where applicable)
Warehousing, package handling, and logistics coordination
Online shopping assistance services
In-person shopping assistance for customers when requested
Customer referral rewards program
Customer loyalty shopping points program
TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
Shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, vendor delays, or other factors beyond our control.
TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED currently provides:
Pickup and delivery services in Portland
Pickup and delivery services in Kingston
Islandwide delivery through Knutsford Express courier services
Delivery outside primary service areas may incur additional charges.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.
Responsibility begins once a package is received at our warehouse or collected by our team and ends upon delivery, pickup, or transfer to third-party courier services.
The company is not responsible for:
Vendor errors or incorrect shipments
Incorrect information provided by customers
Packages lost prior to reaching our possession
Delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers
TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.
Fragile items including electronics, glassware, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk.
Customers must ensure shipments comply with Jamaican laws and international shipping regulations.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives, hazardous, or flammable materials
Counterfeit or replica goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable foods without approval
Live animals
Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund. The company assumes no liability for seizures or penalties.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and government fees where applicable.
TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.
For online or in-person shopping assistance:
Full payment must be made before purchases are completed
Customers must confirm product details prior to purchase
Payments are generally non-refundable once purchases are made
The company is not responsible for vendor delays, incorrect items, sizing issues, or product quality
Refunds or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer and vendor.
Customers may earn a JMD $250 referral reward when a referred customer uses our services and spends at least JMD $3,250.
Referral rewards:
Are subject to verification
May be issued as service credit or promotional benefit
May be modified or discontinued at company discretion
Customers earn 1 shopping point per dollar spent on qualifying transactions.
1,000 points are redeemable for JMD $25 in service credit
Points expire yearly from the date earned
Points hold no cash value unless otherwise stated
Program terms may change without prior notice
Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment options.
Payments must be settled before package release or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable once shipment processing begins.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package notification or delivery.
Supporting documentation such as invoices, receipts, or photographs may be required.
WhatsApp or social media messages do not constitute official claims unless acknowledged by the company.
Packages not collected within 14 days of notification will incur a storage fee of JMD $250.
Packages remaining uncollected after an extended period may be returned, donated, auctioned, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.
Cancellation requests should be made prior to scheduled service where applicable. Fees may apply depending on service preparation already completed.
TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED reserves the right to cancel services when necessary.
TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between TSS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS CO LIMITED and its customers.
